Enjoyed a pleasant stay with clean facilities and a cozy bed. However, staff interaction could use a friendlier touch. A nearby restaurant offered great takeout for our relaxing evening. Pro tip, communication is key during check-in, confirm reservations to avoid confusion.

This place is super convenient, with major highways and fun spots like the Toronto Zoo and Angus Glen Golf Course just a short drive away. We loved hanging out at the local restaurants, making it a perfect stay for our family with teens. Plus, the jetted tub in our suite was a nice touch!

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options could be improved for families—more variety would be great.

The continental breakfast offered a decent variety with fresh options. The hotel's incorporation of a restaurant made dining extremely convenient. The location in Markham is great, close to various attractions.

However, the travel time to downtown Toronto can be frustrating due to traffic.

The jetted tub in the Roman suite was a highlight, offering a cozy retreat with ample natural light from four windows. However, the cutlery policy in the dining area was puzzling, as a deposit was required for stainless steel despite ordering takeout. Additionally, while the property was well-maintained overall, some details like inadequate blackout curtains and street lights disturbed sleep. Having pre-packaged products available was a nice touch during the stay.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, and the calming bathroom toiletries were a nice touch. However, I was disappointed by the breakfast options which were quite basic unless you paid extra for an upgrade. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were definitely a few areas for improvement.

The shower had good pressure and supplied toiletries. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was by voucher at the hotel restaurant, open from 7 am on Sundays. Location was convenient near highways.

i had a great stay at monte carlo inn. the location is perfect, close to highway 7 and 407, making it easy to get around. my room was clean and cozy, and i loved that it had a safe. the Wi-Fi was fast, which made my work a breeze. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
